Le Caveau

The former wine tasting rooms of the vineyard, Le Caveau now offers spacious accommodation with 3 bedrooms and excellent views of the surrounding vineyards from the large French windows on one side and secondary French doors which outlook onto the sunny flower and herb gardens of the estate at the side, giving the overall room a light and very spacious character.
The downstairs encompasses a large lounge (30 x 33ft) with integral kitchen area and dining area for up to 8 people.

The old beams have been maintained and restored throughout the villa and are visible in most rooms and bedrooms. The décor is rustic with plenty of character and local Provencal materials used throughout to provide a colourful, country house feel. In the lounge, there is a large comfortable sofa plus a sofa bed and several armchairs scattered throughout the room. The lounge is an ideal place to relax with TV & DVD, a CD music centre provided and a armoire for books. There are many colourful paintings and antique furnishings throughout.



There is also a downstairs twin bedroom with a bathroom.

The kitchen is excellently equipped with cooker. hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and plenty of storage space.

Upstairs there is a large landing, great for a kids play area and 2 very spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, however beds and cots can easily be added to each and will not detract from the space! The bathroom has been built to a high standard and has all mod cons, including separate shower cubicle and bath and yet still maintains the rustic character as it also has old beams running through it.

For 1 or 2 families, Le Caveau provides excellent, spacious accommodation, private garden with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ area and a sunny dual aspect location with fabulous views.
