Le Bougainvillaea
Named after the ancient & huge Bougainvillaea that climbs
up the front of this villa, the deep purple flowers are in bloom
for most of the summer and autumn months and provide a stunning
floral display.

The interior is very bright and spacious (26 x 15ft) with 2 large
arched French doors at either end, creating a sunny aspect all
throughout the day and early evening. The exposed beams and stonewalls
in some rooms bring out the property’s ancient character.
Decorated in the traditional blue and yellow Provencal style, with
colourful paintings and country furnishings, the lounge offers
a peaceful and relaxing seating area with large sofa bed and comfortable
armchairs, a dining area seating up to 8 people. For additional
relaxation, a music centre is also provided.
There is a separate shower room downstairs with shower cubicle, WC, wash hand
basin and storage cupboard beneath, ideal for those coming in directly from
the pool.
Upstairs there is the second large bathroom with bath and shower
attachment, WC, wash hand basin and storage cupboard beneath, again
equipped to the highest standard. |

The kitchen is separate and adjacent
to the lounge and is excellently furnished
with cooker, hob, extractor hood, microwave,
fridge freezer
and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage
space for groceries and of course wine!
Up the winding wooden staircase are 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin,
each with plenty of storage and hanging space either with antique wardrobes
or built-in storage cupboards. Extra beds and cots can be added as
required.

The large French doors lead out to the private enclosed garden area, with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ; this in turn looks out on the estates beautifully lawned garden with mature trees, shrubs and lily pond with abundant fish.
