Booking Your Holiday, Contract & Payment

A preliminary reservation will be made as soon as possible after receipt of your request. We shall then send you a booking form by email.
Confirmation of your booking will be made immediately after receipt of the deposit.

The deposit amount is 30% of the total amount due for the rental.

Your preliminary reservation will be held for 7 working days after which time if we do not receive your deposit, we reserve the right to release the accommodation to another client. An invoice showing the balance to be paid will be issued once the deposit is received.
Final payment must be received no later than 90 calendar days before the commencement of the holiday or if your booking is made within this period the full amount due must be paid at this time.
